Rates
StandardStandard$40 /visit
Premium neighborhoods$50 /visit
- Base rate covers up to 3 cats.
- +$5 per additional cat, per visit.
- Hour-long visits are 2x the base rate.
- +$15 for sub-Q fluid administration.
- +$10 per visit on a holiday.
Policies
- Due to high volume of requests, we have transitioned from in-person meetings conducted by individual sitters to a remote/virtual intake process (not in-person) with someone from our administrative team for onboarding new clients. We require clients to have on-site key access (meaning we do not hold onto or store client keys ourselves). For more details, see our FAQ page.
- At least one visit is required every day that you are away.
- We only accept electronic payment methods: ApplePay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo (our preferred payment method). Payment is due by the first day of service.
- Holiday, holiday-adjacent, and holiday weekend visits have an added surcharge per visit (this includes December 21st through January 2nd).
- Cancellation policy: we do not offer credits or refunds for booked visits after your vacation/trip has begun.

Business Hours
Our business hours are 8:00am - 7:30pm. Most cats are typically visited between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Early morning (8:00am - 10:00am) and late evening (6:00pm - 7:30pm) visits are reserved for cats needing specialized medical care or critical timed medication (examples: insulin injections, blood pressure medication, subcutaneous fluids, bladder expression, or thyroid medication).
